Julie Zhalkovsky, Esq.

Ms. Zhalkovsky was born in Odessa, Ukraine and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Law and Society in 2002.  She received her Juris Doctor degree at San Francisco’s University of California Hastings College of the Law in May 2006.  She is licensed to practice law in all State Courts of California as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.  

Ms. Zhalkovsky has extensive experience and background in civil litigation, constitutional issues and public interest law.  She is drawn to family law due to her long-standing interest in working with families and children. 

Ms. Zhalkovsky is fluent in Russian and has a working knowledge of Spanish.   

Her work at Quintero Family Law Services has been outstanding and she has demonstrated excellence in all aspects of family law.
